4 ways you can help

1. Donate to "where needed most"

Greatest Need

Designating your gift to "where needed most" provides Education Congo the greatest flexibility in responding to current context and needs so as to maximize impact.

2. Fund scholarships at Congolese universities

Scholarships Your contribution will subsidize or cover tuition fees which range from $800 to $1,200 per student per year.
Université Protestante au Congo (UPC) is located in Kinshasa, the capital DRC, and has five schools—Medicine, Law, Business, Computer Science and Theology.

Université Evangélique en Afrique (UEA) is located in Bukavu in Eastern Congo and has five schools—Agronomy & Environment, Medicine, Social Sciences, Economics and Theology.

3. Add to an established "Named Fund"

Named Fund

Named funds These are a great way to honor the memory of a loved one. You can start a fund with any amount, and anyone can continue to contribute to it at any time. Once it reaches US$25,000 its proceeds will provide scholarships every year in honor of your loved one.

One young doctor, Dr. Misenga Mireille, received her 8 years of medical school as a named-fund scholar—and then returned to rural Congo to practice medicine!
